Merced was raised in Bethesda, MD and started Green Home and Office to expand from his first successful cleaning business venture. He cares deeply about his community and the environment. Merced’s passion is to provide healthy cleaning services to his clients, while at the same time taking care of his employees and providing them with successful careers.
Our Carefully Screened, High Retention, Trustworthy Staff
Green Home and Office is a family owned business and our employees are treated as an extended family. This inclusion mindset allows us to maintain a very high degree of retention that isn’t normally associated in our industry. The majority of our staff is recruited through referrals. We conduct background and polygraph examinations through a licensed investigative service and once hired, they must successfully complete a 90 days probationary training period.
Our Professionally Trained, Dedicated, English-Speaking Teams
Our crews are generally organized into three-person teams, are led by a team supervisor, and at least one team member is bilingual. All our team supervisors are promoted internally, possess a minimum of 5 years’ job experience with Green Home and Office, and have demonstrated a desire for leadership and commitment to quality.
